You will need to install the Adobe Flash Player before you can watch the videos on this site.  If you would prefer an alternative to Adobe's player, you are welcome to try Gnash, the GNU Flash player.  Some video may be available using HTML5, which does not require additional software other than a Web browser that supports HTML5, but you'll need to figure that stuff out on your own.
