LA recording studio engineer turned Vashon farmer Ethan DeLorenzo stopped by the Jean Bosch studio to demonstrate his Op-1 synthesizer and sequencing device, which he used to record sounds around Vashon Center for the Arts. After additional sampling and sequencing, the resulting audio creation has become part of a 3-week multi-media installation during VCA’s Summer Arts Fest, featuring choreography and dance by Islander Maeve Haselton.
