Prose, Poetry & Purpose – Zoë Sackman & Paulina Hernandez

Zoë Sackman is a poet, editor, artist, computer scientist, queer theorist. She attended and tended VHS, where she was editor in chief of the VHS literary magazine, HUM. She now is a student and steward of Brown University, where she is working harder than she ever has and loving every minute of it. She has an old soul and a young heart.

Paulina Hernandez says about herself “I’m a poet who’s just trying to find my place in the world. It takes a lot of strength and courage to be the person  you’re meant to be, and I’m just now figuring that out. Graduating high school wasn’t something I thought I would do, but I did, and now I know I can keep going and go wherever my writing takes me. Wherever I end up, it’s where I’m meant to be.”
