David Macek

David Macek is the Executive Director of Northwest Earth Institute, a sustainability organization that provides innovative social and digital tools designed to change the way individuals live in and interact with natural and built environments. For 15 years, he has led transformation-centered nonprofits focusing on critical issues relating to environment, culture, and leadership. David has a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Stonehill College and a M.A. in Environmental Leadership from Naropa University. Outside the office, David loves experiencing the fullness of every season in nature with his family.
