Filmmaker Lindy Boustedt will tell us about the psychological thriller movie she and her spouse created — “Brides To Be” — that will screen at the Vashon Theatre this Thursday, 8:30PM and Friday, 4PM

Says Lindy Boustedt, “’ Brides to Be’ is about the creeping dread of our own insecurities, doubts and anxieties writ large though paranormal and terrifying activity.”

“And it’s an allegory for the way hatred and fear infect our lives with homophobia and continued resistance to marriage equality,” says co-director Kris Busted.
